About Calculator.la
Calculator.la is a free calculator website for everyday sums and bigger questions – dates and time, health and fitness, loans and taxes, fractions, percentages and algebra. The math calculators show every step of the working, so you can follow how the answer was found. New calculators are added all the time, and many start as a visitor’s idea: suggest a calculator or tool.
How to use the scientific calculator
Tap the keys or type on your keyboard, then press = or Enter. Press a b/c between two numbers to make a fraction (3 a b/c 4 is ¾) and twice for a mixed number. Answers stay exact – 0.1 + 0.2 is 3/10, not 0.30000000000000004 – and S⇔D switches an answer between fraction and decimal. Percent works like a shop till: 200 + 10% = 220 and 200 − 10% = 180.
2nd turns sin, cos and tan into their inverses, ln into eˣ and log into 10ˣ, and DEG switches angles to radians. EXP enters powers of ten (6.02 EXP 23), ʸ√x takes any root, and nCr, nPr and n! count arrangements. M+, M− and MR keep a number in memory, Ans reuses the last answer, and the history keeps your last 30 sums in this browser – tap one to use it again.
